Harga Sewa:
> Room: Unfurnished
- Monthly rent: Rp 2,500,000/month (min. 6 months)
- Annual rent: Rp 2,300,000/month (min. 12 months)
> Prices do not include:
- service charge
- water & electricity bills
- parking
- and other cost
> Without Owner’s permission, tenant is not allowed to:
- Nailing the wall/floor
- Paint the wall/floor
- and inflicted any other damage to the property
> Tenant should desposit 1-month rent charge, and will be returned if contract is over AND there is no any damage found on property.
> Tenant is fully responsible for the damage caused during the contract, and will be fully charged to repair all the damage.
